Gluten free Belgium Waffles!


{RECIPE for waffles} 

1 cup Brown Rice flour 
1/2 cup Potato starch 
1/4 cup tapioca flour 
2 tsp {Cf safe} baking powder 
1 tsp sea salt
1/4 Cup of coconut oil {melted) 
1 tbs butter melted 
2 eggs 
1+1/2 cups of 2 % milk or milk substitute (coconut is yum w/this!)
1 tbs brown sugar (or reg, I prefer brown or coconut) 
1 tsp (cf safe vanilla) 

Mix, pour into waffle maker. Makes about 5-6 waffles! 
I like a little bit of butter, fruit and agave syrup for dipping to top these off. So fluffy and yet crunchy along the sides.
